Why isn’t the chat visible on our website?

To ensure the chat appears on your website, there are three requirements:
- The chat script is added to the page.
- Display rules for your website's address are configured to cover the specific page where you want the chat to appear. The following guide will help you set up display rules:
Display Rules - How should the chat be displayed? - A user is available in the chat via the dashboard, or you have the setting "Show the chat button even when no editor is available" enabled.
If you are still experiencing issues with the chat not appearing on your website, it might be due to something called CSP (Content Security Policy) blocking the chat. Ask your web developers or web agency to investigate this. The following guide explains the CSP rules required for the chat:
