Manage users
This guide describes how to:
Add a new user

The first page you see is Users.
Click Add a user
This opens a window where you enter the user's name, email address and which language they should have in Kundo.
Here you also choose which channels the user should have access to.
In this case, the user have access to all channels except those for Social Media.
You can only give the user access to channels you have access to yourself. The remaining channels are grayed out and cannot be selected.
When you click Save, the new user receives an email to activate the user account and set a password.
Manage existing users
Click on the menu in the upper right corner and then on the cogwheel icon to get to the settings.
Select Change for the user you want to manage.
A window will open with the channels the user has access to and you can remove or add channels.
You can only give or remove access to channels you have access to yourself. Other channels are grayed out.
When you click Save, the user receives a notification email about access to a new channel.
Add multiple users to a specific channel
You can of course use the above method to manage individual users' access to specific channels as well. However, if you are going to add multiple users to a specific channel, we recommend that you do it this way.
Select the channel settings in the menu.
The first page reach is Users. From here you can quickly add multiple users to the specific channel.
Enter the name, email address and the language the user should have in Kundo.
If the user is already on your account with access to other channels, the relevant people are displayed in a list below the name field, just like in the picture below. The email address is automatically filled in when you have selected an existing user.
