Add/Manage users

This guide explains how to:

  • Add a new user
  • Manage or remove existing users
  • Add multiple users to a specific channel

Accessing User Settings

  1. Click the menu button in the top right corner of the navigation bar.
  2. Select Account Settings.
  3. Choose Users.

Adding a New User

  1. Click Add User.
  2. Click Send activation email – this will send a welcome email to the new user with login instructions.
  3. If the email hasn’t arrived, check the spam folder. If it’s not there, contact customer@kundo.se.

Managing or Removing an Existing User

  • Remove a user: Click the trash can icon.
  • Manage or edit a user: Click Edit.

A window will appear showing the channels the user has access to. You can add or remove channels as needed.

  • You can only manage access to channels you have permission for. Other channels will be greyed out.
  • Clicking Save will trigger a notification email to the user about their updated channel access.

Adding Multiple Users to a Specific Channel

You can use the method above to manage individual user access to specific channels. However, if you need to add multiple users to a channel, follow these steps:

  1. Click the menu button in the top right corner of the navigation bar.
  2. Select Settings for the desired channel.
  3. Choose Users.
  4. Add a new user by entering their Name & Email.
  5. Click Send activation email – this will send a welcome email with login instructions.

If the email hasn’t arrived, check the spam folder. If it’s not there, contact customer@kundo.se.
