8. Limited access for your Internal Help Center

1. Click on the three lines in the blue menu
2. Select Settings for the correct channel
3. Choose Basic Settings
4. Make sure that the box for "Allow content appears in search engines & our customer list" is unticked
5. Save!
Control the access to Internal Help Center
In addition to the above, there are additional options for controlling access:
- Restricted access to certain IP-adresses
- Shared password
- Single-Sign-On
These require you to contact support@kundo.se for activation.
