8. Limited access for your Internal knowledge base

1. Click on the three lines in the blue menu

2. Select Settings for the correct channel

3. Choose Basic Settings

4. Make sure that the box for "Allow content appears in search engines & our customer list" is unticked

5. Save!

Control the access to Internal knowledge base


In addition to the above, there are additional options for controlling access:

  • Restricted access to certain IP-adresses
  • Shared password 
  • Single-Sign-On
