Before Launch: Ensure the Correct Email Address is Set Up in Kundo

Before configuring the email settings, make sure that the receiving email address entered in Kundo is the one you intend to use.
Steps to Verify the Email Address:
- Click the main menu (the three lines in the navigation bar).
- Select Settings for the correct channel.
- Choose Basic Settings.
- Ensure that the correct receiving email address is entered. Also, set the inbox name, sender name, language, and time zone.
- Click Save!
Note: If you have multiple inboxes, repeat these steps for each one!
