In Kundo, you can choose to have automatic clearing of personal data and emails after a given period. With this functionality, you reduce the amount of personal data stored in Kundo and if you also have a policy to delete data after a certain time, this function facilitates that work.
You decide if you want to use this functionality and take responsibility for ensuring that it complies with your other GDPR guidelines.
Here's how you do it:
Decide how long you want to save incoming mail (e.g., 1 year / 2 years / 3 years). After the given time, your emails will be deleted. The statistics remain in Kundo but the email itself disappears.
2. Send an email to your Customer Success Manager or firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know how long you want to save the emails. This is a setting that we need to set on our part.
