Add a channel to Kundo

To add a new channel in Kundo, do the following:
- Click on the menu button at the top right of the list
- Select Account Settings
- Select Channels
Here you can choose which type of channel you want to add. The only channel you cannot add here is our AI chat, if you are interested in it, please contact us!
On each channel you wish to add, a box will appear at the bottom that says:
"A fee will be applied beginning on the date the channel is created. The customer manager will contact you with current price information to confirm the purchase."
If the channel is included in your package with us, we will not contact you.
Once you have added the channel, you can continue to follow the guides in Launching Kundo in order to set it up.
