To enable the chat on your website, you need to add a script that allows it to load.
You control where the chat appears using Display rules, but it's important that the code is added to all pages of your site — this ensures the chat can follow the visitor, even if it only starts on specific pages.

How to add the script:

1. Click the menu icon (☰) in the top-right corner.

2. Select Settings for the correct channel.

3. Go to the Script section.

4. Copy the code and send it to your web editor or IT contact.
