To get the chat on your site, you must post a script on the site. You will then be able to control where and how the chat should appear under Display rules, but it is important that the script is on the entire site so the chat can follow into all pages even if you can only launch it on certain parts of the site.

1. Click on the three lines in the blue menu

2. Select Settings for the correct channel

3. Choose Copy and paste this code

4. Copy the code and send it your IT-department, it is usually an IT-technician or web editor who puts the code into the script on your website.

There is also an option to customize the chat button.
