Pre-launch: Customize Colors and Texts in Live Chat

You can easily adjust the colors and texts in your Live Chat to match your brand.
How to customize the appearance:
Click the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top bar.
Select Settings for the correct channel/chat flow.
Go to the Appearance tab.
Choose colors using the color picker or paste your HEX code.
Click Save.
Tip: Preview changes instantly
Open the Demo tab in a separate browser tab while editing.
After saving your changes, refresh the demo page to instantly see how the chat will appear to visitors.
