Register extract or erasure of data at the request of a customer (Data takeout)
According to GDPR, your customers are entitled to request that their personal data be erased from your systems. They can also request a register extract/export of their data. Since Kundo is a data processor for you, such enquiries also affect your account at Kundo and the personal data we store on your behalf.
To erase data on behalf of a customer, do as follows:
You need to confirm that the person is who they claim to be. You can do this by phoning the person or confirming that the request comes from the right e-mail address. It is your responsibility to confirm this in an appropriate manner!
Send an e-mail message to support@kundo.se. The person who sends the request from you needs to be an editor for the channel (forum/mail/chat, etc.) that you want to erase data from. Your e-mail message needs to contain:
Information on which person’s (e-mail address) data is to be erased.
Information that you have confirmed the person’s identity in the form of the text “We have confirmed the identity of the person(s)”.
An explicit request that all [Mail/Forum posts/Chats] that the person wrote to you are to be erased.
We will respond shortly with a confirmation.

An explicit request that all e-mails/forum posts/chats] that the person wrote to you are to be exported.
