Introduction
By visiting and using Kundo’s websites (subsequently referred to as “the Website”) you consent to Kundo’s cookie and privacy policy for collection of data and information. The Website also includes pages sited on sub-domains(xxx.kundo.se) and the domains kundo.no and kundo.fi.
1. Collection of data
We collect your data direct from you when you visit the Website, download material and register for our newsletter or events. Your data is also collected if you contact us via post or e-mail, phone us or use our chat function, e.g. for contact with our support team.
We can also gather your data, to the extent consented to by you, from our partners, e.g. data you provide on social media.

2. Purpose of data collection
Kundo complies with the applicable privacy protection laws and regulations. Only a few people within our organisation have specific authorisation that allows access to the information.

By using the Website, you consent to the use of your data as per this policy, and accept that the data may be shared with Kundo’s partners for use in promoting Kundo.
If you request information or register for events or newsletters, your personal data is stored and processed to enable us to fulfil your request. When you visit websites, newsletters or landing pages, your visit is recorded. This information is used to, among other things, provide us with information about the number of visitors and which sections of the website, newsletter or landing pages are visited. Our websites, newsletters and landing pages contain links to other websites. Kundo is not responsible for the processing of personal data on such websites. Providing data is voluntary, but complete requested information is necessary for us to fulfill your request.
2.1 Direct marketing
The collected data is used to be able to show you relevant ads from Kundo and content that may be of interest to you on the Website, other websites and social media. Third-party tools use the collected data to generate ads based on how you use the Website and other sites. This information is gathered and used by means of unique cookies placed in your web browser by the Website and other sites with your consent.
2.2 Newsletters and e-mails
We use your data to be able to send newsletters, customised offers and relevant information about our services. Marketing may be sent to you by post and e-mail. Kundo sends regular newsletters by e-mail to keep customers and other interested parties informed about what is happening within the company and within relevant fields.
