AI Settings & AI Chat Widget

Updated

Your organization's AI settings and AI Chat widget are managed under Account Settings.

  1. Click the menu button (three horizontal lines) in the blue navigation bar.
  2. Select Account Settings.
  3. Select Widget or AI Settings

Contents of the Widget Settings:

  • Basic Settings:
    • Tickbox: Open automatically when the page loads (the widget opens by default when the page is loaded)

    • Tickbox: Hide widget (the widget will not be visible on the page)

  • Appearance (color)
  • Text (A) in the image above
  • Common Cases (B) in the image above
  • Contact Information (C) in the image above
  • Welcome Message: Can be used to provide e.g. general or legal information. See example below.
  • Code to Copy: Copy the code and insert it into your website to allow visitors to chat with you.
  • Test Widget: Test and preview how the AI Chat will appear on your website.


AI Settings

Contents of the AI Settings:

  • General Settings: name, description, tone, guardrails
  • Advanced Settings: target audience, glossary/terminology
