You can choose to activate one or more forms as a contact option for visitors in the AI chat.

Create or Edit a Form

1. Click the menu button in the top right corner of the bar.
2. Select Account Settings.
3. Choose Forms.
   • New form: Create a new form.
   • Edit form: Modify texts, email address.

Grant the AI Chat Access to a Form

1. Click the menu button in the top right corner of the bar.
2. Select AI Chat Settings.
3. Choose Personal Service.
4. Activate the forms you want visitors to access in the AI chat.
