Settings for the AI chat dialogue

AI Chat Dialogue Settings are managed under the AI Chat Settings. Examples of available settings: Users, Sources, Export

How to access the settings:

  1. Click on the three lines in the menu bar.
  2. Select Settings.

Settings available:

  • Users: Add/Edit users who have access to the AI Chat

  • Basic settings: Name (used internally only)

  • Human assistance: Set up rules for transitioning to human service

  • Automated rules

  • Personal data

  • Sources: Select which sources your AI Chat should have access to

  • Export: Request a report of the conversations with AI Chat

  • Test AI Chat: Test the AI Chat


To configure common cases, color, and web visibility, use the AI Chat widget settings.
