Get started with Calls

Hi and welcome to Kundo!

This is a Help Center filled with guides to help you get started. Here you will find almost all the information you need to start up the channel you have purchased so that the implementation will run as smooth as possible.

We think it is important that all our customers feel comfortable with Kundo, and know how to use the various channels so that you can get the most out of Kundo.

For any questions that may arise, large or small, we are available to help you!

To begin with, there are some words that may feel a little new and foreign, so below you will find a short Kundo dictionary:

  • Users: Users are the people who work in Calls and register incoming requests.
  • Super user: They are responsible for the work in Kundo, ensures that the work goes as it should and that the routines are followed and work.
  • Training: The training referred to in this Help Center is our classic user training; Training in the tool, its functions and things to keep in mind when working in Calls. Everyone who will work in Calls must have completed the training.
  • Launch: When you start actively logging calls in Kundo, we consider Calls as launched!
